The registration deadline is 7 days prior to each session. We reserve the right to close sessions earlier if we reach capacity however. Please register as early as possible to secure your spot.

Unfortunately no. We are limited by NCAA rules prohibiting us from offering individual based financial assistance to our camps.

All camps will be run by our coaching staff. They will be assisted by current and former players as well as select trusted area coaches as needed. Background checks are performed on all staff.

All camps will be held at Mewborn Field located at 935 Fowler Street NW located on the Georgia Tech campus. Specific parking instructions will be emailed out prior to the start of each camp.

Campers should come to camp dressed as they would for a practice or game, including a glove plus cleats and sneakers (catchers should also bring catching gear). A bat and helmet are recommended. We ask that campers do not bring any valuables please.

Junior Jacket campers must bring a lunch unless purchased through our Lunch Bunch program.

We will have various snacks, drinks, and gear items available for sale at each camp. Instead of keeping money with them, we encourage campers to leave it with our staff at check-in to be put in the “camp bank”. Our staff will track spending during the week and return any unused funds at check-out.

No, we do require a physical waiver to be signed. All the medical information we need is asked on the registration form.

No, for liability reasons, we do not offer transportation services to and from camp. Both in-town and out-of-town campers are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from camp.

However, organized camp activities will not begin until 9:00 AM and our staff will be preparing prior to that time. Camp ends at 4:00 PM for commuting campers. We ask that you respect our staff’s schedules and arrive promptly at 4:00 PM.

In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Kelsey Case (contactus@yellowjacketsoftballcamp.com) two weeks prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards a different Yellow Jacket Softball Camp or clinic. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to (contactus@yellowjacketsoftballcamp.com) and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.

Yes, we have an open campus policy and parents are welcome to come observe camp. However, free parking is only arranged for check-in and check-out. Parents wanting to stay and watch will be directed to meter spaces near the field. Parents that are watching camp are asked to remain in the stands for safety purposes. Only campers will be allowed on the field or in/around the batting cages.

We encourage all campers to add the lunch and/or camp picture when they register. However, if you decide you want to add any of these items, you will be able to do so at check-in via cash or check.

Campers are permitted to have cell phones as long as they are not out during instructional times. If parents need to contact campers during camp, please call Kelsey Case at (404) 488-2391.

Yes, a licensed collegiate trainer will be at the camp at all times.
Please note: Campers requiring the use of inhalers or medications of any kind are solely responsible for administering their own meds. Parents should consider this when registering their children for camp.
