Our one day Spotlight Camp is an elite skills camp led by 5-6 Division I coaches along with the GT Coaching Staff. We will emphasize a detailed approach to performing the fundamentals of hitting, infield, outfield, and catching. We will not cover pitching due to the time constraints. This camp is aimed towards athletes that are of ages, 14-18.
With advanced level drills and skill work, athletes will improve their skills and learn from the GT Staff and players! All athletes will be able to receive feedback on skills, interact with current players, and walk away from camp with an improved knowledge of skill and technique!
Check-in will be from 2:15pm-3:00pm
Check-out will be at 8:00pm

Shirley Clements Mewborn Field is one of the premier softball facilities in the nation. The $4.9 Million on-campus home of the Yellow Jackets was officially dedicated on March 10, 2009. It is named after Shirley Clements Mewborn, one of the first two women to receive a degree from Georgia Tech. In its first two years at Mewborn Field, Georgia Tech hosted an NCAA Regional and had been featured on ESPN. In 2009, Mewborn field played host to the Atlanta Super Regional against eventual nation champion Washington, which was televised on ESPN and in 2010 the entire Atlanta Regional was broadcast in HD on ESPN and ESPN2. Mewborn Field is a state-of-the-art facility nestled at the corner of Fowler and Eighth Streets on the Georgia Tech Campus.
